Project Manager
📍 İzmir
We are looking to recruit Project Managers for our İzmir office located at Ege University Teknopark. You will be working with a hybrid schedule of part-time in-office/part-time remotely from home.
As a PM you will;
- be assisting support team for customer inquires requiring technical knowledge
- communicate with the customers for new features and bugs
- be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion processes of IT demands
- test new features and bug fixes before production deployment
- perform detailed planning of the requirements, the resources needed and time schedule
- report to IT and customer support managers
- support the sales team with project scoping and estimation
- ensure that project team members are kept informed of progress, and stay aligned to the project goals
- ensure that all required project documentation is completed and up-to-date.
You should get in touch if you:
- are capable of managing IT resources in order to resolve customer issues rapidly
- have strong facilitation, presentation, team work, communication and reporting skills
- are fluent in written English to communicate with overseas team members
- live in Izmir
It’s even better if you:
- have experience in agile project management methodologies
- have worked as a developer before
- previously worked on a web and/or e-commerce project
- used Jira professionally in a past project
- watched The Office multiple times
